Aims and Scopes

Health Promotion Perspectives (HPP) accepts a wide range of original articles, reviews, short communications, case reports, and letters to the editor on major themes and innovations including health and nutritional policies, practices, and interventions on the community level. The scope includes:

• Health education and promotion programs effectiveness
• Capacity building in public health systems
• Public health practices and their impacts
• Health promotion and disease prevention
• Evaluation of public health programs
• Health psychology and social determinants of health
• Healthy nutrition in the community level
• Public health governance, law, and ethics
• Environmental health management
• Safety promotion
• Ergonomics and occupational health promotion

The common audience of HPP includes:

• Health professionals
• Health practitioners
• Students in the field of health sciences
• Nurses and midwives
• Health policy makers
• Health psychologists and sociologists

HPP is a free of charge and open access journal.

Iranian Health Education & Promotion Association currently supports the publications of HPP.

HPP is member of COPEand follows the recommendations of ICMJE.

Additionally, HPP endorses and believe in the Sarajevo Declaration on Integrity and Visibility of Scholarly Publications.
